I have concluded to compensate 0.00 upon a change of 2.94 as a allotment volume wiping a debt to a 0 balance. we wish a stipulate to state this regulating specific denunciation safeguarding me from bad reports upon my credit. For e.g. "settlement" or "Paid as agreed" etc. we do not wish to give a pick up group any approach to turn or re-assign my debt. Please advise. Your experience? Specific denunciation requested.

I doubt you will have any leverage with the company. You didn’t pay as agreed and therefore they don’t owe you any thing in writing. It will also be reflected on your credit.
check with lexington law. you are smart because they can and often do resel what is left on note, before you pay them have them send you a signed letter stating such written on company letterhead signed by name rank and position , stating such and send them payment by certified mail very very smart! good luck
