We’ve looked in to several, though not certain who to go with. I’ve listened which Credit Solutions has critical issues with patron service, so that’s really a single you wish to avoid. But any alternative recommendations have been severely appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My suggestion is that you correct it yourself. Why pay a monthly fee for something you can do yourself. I used cccs which was fine, but at times I would have to call the creditors myself and negotiate…of course this taught me how to communicate better. About half way through I took over myself!
