I am in debt as well as am unemployed, we wish a creditors to stop calling, how can we get them to stop job leagally? we feel similar to a have been harrassing me since we am not working. If we were operative we would be profitable off my debt. So if we know of any books or internal lawyers which assistance people for giveaway with debt in a Cleveland area which would be really helpful. Also we am not meddlesome in filing failure I’m to immature for that. Thanks.
anything by Suze Orman will have great advice….i know you’re short on cash but you can buy used books at amazon for less than half price
You can send a letter to the creditors and demand them to cease and desist any and all calls
Go to the library and read one of Dave Ramsey’s books.
Pay the minimums on your cards anyway until you get a “real” job, you can raise the cash by delivering pizzas and selling stuff.
There are amny good books but you they will take long time to remove the debts. Try to consult with a debt consolidator for help.
