It’s a scam. They just use lots of professional-sounding titles and words to make you think the email is legitimate. They want you to send them personal information about you, and then they will use your identity elsewhere (such as to open new lines of credit or other things that could really harm your financial future). It is a money laundering scam. They are scammers. They send those emails to a lot of different people, purporting to be a legitimate bank, but they are not. A big tipoff is that you obviously have never even heard of the "Overseas Credit Commission". They are just hoping you will do what they say.

It sounds like a classic phishing email, where they try to bait the victim to give out information about themselves. With your passport, name, phone number and all of that, they would most likely sell it off or they could even commit acts of identity theft (taking credit cards out in your name, bank loans)
It’s a scam. They are trying to get you to give them credit card info.
A Nigerian scam, they always try to con people, but some are gullible and will hand over name/address/bank details.Report it as spam and any more will go in your spam folder. Wake up and listen! They asked you for your passport details, was that not a clue.
Never open mail you are not expecting and NEVER reply.
