debt negotiation
i’m meditative to sinecure a counsel to do debt negotiations since i positively cannot keep up with my bills. i consider i would have to record section 13, that we still have payments to a creditors. this seems to be similar to debt negotiation, though but a failure label, so it seems improved to debt come to terms route. any beneficial opinions would be great. thanks!

It is much more difficult to reach bankruptcy because of a change in bankruptcy laws. Debt negotiations may be a good first option. Just make sure you have a lawyer who has experience with debt negotiations. Make sure you are very clear about legal fees. And get everything in writing – this is absolutely important.

Do you own negotiations, you don’t need a lawyer. Don’t BK – it’s not a good strategy.

waterbear1, Be careful! Make sure you seek advice from a professional in the bankruptcy field. You don’t want to make a mistake that can harm your credit for a long time. Try visting a lawyer to make sure you understand the options.
