I am wanting to write the minute to the little discerning loan companies which we owe income to. we am wanting to try as well as come to terms the settlement. we am now multiform months at the back of upon my payments as well as we am starting to have to record failure if we cannot work out something with the little of my creditors. Does any one know how to write the minute similar to this?
Forget the letter get on the phone and talk to someone. Trying to do this by letter is futile.
Your letter will be useless. You need to speaker with a branch manger or higher to attempt to settle for less that is owed. Also since you still need to make payments you will need that first payment. Since you failed to state the amount owed to these companies I do not think the amount owed could put you into bankruptcy.
