I have been you do the lot of investigate perplexing to find the great debt settlement/negotiation company. Has anybody used/heard of CDH & Associates? any feedback would be severely appreciated. generally from stream clients
There are one Suggestion to question “Anyone heard of CDH & Associates?”
I previously worked at a debt management firm for several years. After having a child, I have decided to stay home. I currently help others get out of debt.
I have heard of CDH and I know their fee is based off of their performance. If it is more then 15% stay back. If I’m right, they also charge a one time fee to start. Their fee structure is better than other settlement companies who charge a percentage of your initial debt, but you should never have to pay a company to start something when they will already end up taking more for their service.
Honestly, you can do settlements yourself. It does involve a lot of paper work and excellent negotiation skills. You also have to know what you documentation you need when a settlement is reached, and what terms to have on them.
If you are unfamiliar with this stuff, I can help on that aspect. I really don’t believe you should have to pay a start up fee and then also a performance fee.
You also should take a look and see if they are a BBB member. That will help see if they are legit or not in their promises.
I have many references and letters if you need, and do not charge those outrageous fees other companies do.
Just lending out a hand in these tough times, then let a company scam you. You can email me at life77449@yahoo.com to provide you my contact information.
