Anyone had experience with Care One Credit Counseling? What do you think of them?
I’m meditative of regulating them as my debt allotment association as well as i wish to know if any one has had great or bad experiences.
There are 2 suggestions to question “Anyone had experience with Care One Credit Counseling? What do you think of them?”
http://www.ccnw.org/
This is a reputable company {this is for the Northwest area, however they can be contacted for the closest one to you}
they explain how it works on their website……. Your Credit does NOT get ruined in the process. What ruins your credit is NOT paying your bills. This service helps to negotiate smaller payments so you can still pay off your bills, yet pay for nessesities as well. Do not trust anyone else with your money!
most of these companies are scams. the only one that is somewhat decent is cccs. consumer credit counseling service.
using one will be like filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy… your credit will be dinged.
they do nothing that you can not learn to do yourself… most of them do little to pay off your debt.. .but they do cost you money.
I would avoid them and get dave ramseys book "the total money makeover"… you can do this stuff yourself if you are willing to learn and change habits.
